About

Problem

We are tackling the escalating threat of AI-powered cyberattacks, including phishing, business email compromise (BEC), social engineering scams, and zero-day vulnerabilities. These attack methods, often deployed by sophisticated state-backed actors, are designed to breach and disrupt mission-critical operations in both public and private sector systems. Legacy cybersecurity tools are increasingly ineffective against these evolving threats, putting sensitive data, operations, and financial assets at high risk.

Solution

Our platform leverages advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to detect, flag, and mitigate threats across communication channels in real time.

Field Validation

Our technology is currently live and being deployed across the United States, with ongoing tests in collaboration with several small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs). Technology Maturity: We are in live deployment. Organizations can access the enterprise-grade version at https://www.getflagged.net

Dual-Use Potential

Our solution has broad applications in finance, energy, logistics, technology, and defense sectors. With $55.5B lost to cybercrime in the U.S. alone in 2024, the urgency is clear.

Team

Led by Professor Kanayo Ogwu (CEO) and Professor Mohsen Moslehpour (CTO), the team brings experience from Meta, Cruise, Yahoo, AOL, and academia, supported by cybersecurity engineers and data scientists. Users Primary users include CISOs, CIOs, ITPSOs, and cyber command centers facing real-time cyber risk.
